I am proud to be a career law enforcement officer, over 32 years, having a complete understanding of the solemn obligation incumbent upon those involved in this worthy profession. Over the past 12 years, as Chief Deputy of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, I have demonstrated my abilities in successfully managing one of the largest Sheriff’s Offices in the state with more than 700 employees, and a budget of over 50 million dollars. In addition, I am the only candidate having been involved in the planning, operation, and expansion of the detention facility with a capacity exceeding 1700 inmates: My experiences, as previously noted, make me uniquely qualified to serve as Sheriff.

During the referenced period, Fort Bend County has and continues to be recognized as one of the safest large counties in Texas. I am asking for your vote of confidence by electing me as your Sheriff: together we can maintain this favorable recognition.
